Alexandros Surya Deva

At the age of 15, Alexandros heard the call of the Sacred and followed it with devotion. For him, the path of yoga was never just a practice—it was a sacred remembrance. In 1991, he traveled to the heart of Bali, where he began a decade-long initiation in Hatha, Kundalini, and Tantra Yoga at the ashrams of Maha Guru Pak Katut and Pak Wayan. Simultaneously, he immersed himself in the world of Balinese traditional music (Kamelang) and gong sound healing, learning from authentic masters. Later, he studied in Kathmandu, Nepal with Sri Krishna, teacher of Peter Hess, diving into the world of singing bowls and meditative sound healing instruments. His practice continues to flow through various systems: Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kriya, Kundalini White Tantra (Yogi Bhajan), as well as TT1-TT2 certifications. In 2003, he founded the Surya Bali Yoga school, which continues to operate as a space of depth, remembrance, and living tradition. In 2005, his journey led him to the forests of Northern Peru, where he trained in shamanic herbal medicine and the Temazcal, the sacred sweat lodge ceremony. In 2017, he completed the Wim Hof Method (ICE MAN) training, bridging breath, cold, and inner power. Alexandros Surya Deva is a pilgrim of remembrance and Wisdom, a teacher who transmits through experience, clarity, and living presence.
