Christina Outopoulou offers a deep and gentle experience of connection with the body, the energy field, and the spirit. Through Quantum Craniosacral Therapy, she guides us into a space of quiet awareness where self-healing is activated and harmony finds room to breathe. Her approach blends the wisdom of craniosacral therapy with the quantum field, offering relief, alignment, and deep inner calm. With a luminous and caring presence, Christina reminds us that healing is already within us. A gentle path back to wholeness. 🌸 --- Christina's training in energy therapy began in 1999 with learning the Silva method (mind control) and continued with professional seminars in Psychodrama, Dramatherapy, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy. Wanting to further develop her knowledge, she trained in Theatrical Play, Group Animation, Laughter Yoga, and Therapeutic Dialogue. She then completed her training in Pranic Healing and Craniosacral Therapy, which is a key tool in her therapeutic technique. As she wished to delve deeper into holistic therapy, she engaged with Mindfulness, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). She has also been trained in Quantum Therapy, Energetic Attunement, Access Consciousness Bars, as well as MUNAI KI and Mythic Mapping, two very powerful tools of the Energy Medicine of Shaman Healers. In 2019, she created Quantum Blossom in Kineta, Attica, a space for therapies, art, and various kinds of seminars.

Quantum Craniosacral Therapy is the combination of two amazing internationally recognized self-healing methods. Craniosacral Therapy, a branch of osteopathy, listens to the body. It listens to the movements of the bones and the fluids that flow within us, as well as the blockages that have been created on our physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Through listening and with many somato-emotional release techniques, the body activates its self-healing mechanism and is guided to inner balance. Quantum therapy focuses on the spirit, on our connection with the WHOLE, on listening to our higher consciousness, to what we cannot perceive yet know exists. We are both, physical body and spirit. When we allow both our sides to speak to us, when we learn to cooperate with them, then absolute HARMONY occurs. INSIDE AND OUT - BODY AND SPIRIT. Quantum Craniosacral Therapy can address deep patterns of dysfunction in the body and provide the resources and space required for the restoration of physical and mental health.
