About the Facilitator

Μiranda Korovila was born in Athens and displayed a profound connection to nature and the arts from a young age. She pursued studies in Biological Agriculture in Kefalonia, becoming an agricultural technologist—a field she would revisit later in life. Her artistic inclinations led her to the Drama School Athinaiki Skini, from which she graduated in 2010. Theater sparked a spiritual journey that prompted deep internal exploration, a quest that remains central to her life. In 2012, she embraced energy healing by becoming initiated into Usui Reiki Ryoho. For the next three years, she was part of a spiritual group practicing guided visualizations in the 5th dimension. In 2014, her interest in natural wellness inspired her to train in making therapeutic balms and creams, launching her product line, My Natural Path. From 2016 to 2018, she trained in the Theta Healing system and deepened her spiritual practices through OSHO meditations, systemic constellations, and a shamanic diet under the mentorship of a Peruvian healer. Μiranda’s journey led her to India in 2019, where she completed a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. A long-time practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, she earned her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2021 and a 300-hour advanced certification (RYT-500H) in Rishikesh, India, in 2022. In 2024, she further enriched her expertise with training in Perinatal Yoga and Thai oil massage, reflecting her commitment to holistic wellness and healing practices. Μiranda continues to inspire through her multifaceted journey, blending spirituality, wellness, and artistry into a life dedicated to healing and self-discovery.

Hatha Yoga Flow in the River

🏞️🌿Have you ever felt your body becoming one with the river? Where the flow of the water meets your breath, and nature teaches you without words... MirAnanda invites you to a unique Hatha Yoga Flow experience at Mornos, right within the river itself. A practice where coolness, movement, and serenity merge to guide you back to your essence. After our unforgettable experience in 2022, we invite you once again to the magical landscape of Mornos to share a unique Hatha Yoga practice in the river. The summer days, the refreshing coolness of the water, and the serenity of nature create the perfect opportunity to cleanse, release, and rejuvenate both body and mind. An Experience in the River In a spot where the water reaches just above the ankles, we will immerse our senses in the soothing sound of the river and the refreshing touch of the flowing water. With the gentle support of buoyancy, we will explore our asanas, allowing the water to hold and guide us physically and mentally. The practice begins with a deep sigh of gratitude. Here, embraced by nature, your senses awaken. Feel the scent of the damp earth, listen to the music of the leaves swaying softly in the breeze. Your body releases, as you let go of any tension, dissolving into the rhythm of the river—just as pebbles are smoothed by the flowing water. The Practice In this aquatic sanctuary, where the water reaches just above the ankles, yoga becomes an experience of deep connection with the elements: * Support and Freedom: The buoyancy of the water supports and softens your movements, making asanas more accessible, especially for the back and joints. * Grounding and Stability: The river’s flow invites you to ground yourself and find balance, both physically and spiritually. Core Elements of the Session: * Preparation: A moment to connect with your breath and the natural surroundings. * Flow: Gentle stretches and static asanas, such as Trikonasana and Warrior II, enhanced by the cooling sensation of the water. * Balance: Poses like Tree and Pigeon take on a new dimension as you play with stability in the moving water. * Relaxation: The session concludes with Savasana, allowing the body to surrender to the soothing embrace of the river. This practice is more than just yoga—it is a journey through the senses, a reconnection with the purity and tranquility that reside within us. Come and experience the magic once more, where the river becomes our ally in balance, renewal, and transformation.
