Come surrender to the Flow.
About the Facilitator
Nikos will be with us at Eutopia Gathering to share the art and experience of Poi Flow – a rhythmic practice that combines movement, awareness, and the freedom of expression. Flow is much more than technique. It is a tool for inner balance, a moving meditation, and a form of creative self-therapy. Through practice, body and mind align, cultivating focus, release, and presence. 📍 Beginners: will explore the fundamentals to begin their own poi journey. 📍 Experienced movers: will discover fresh patterns and inspirations to expand their flow. Come surrender to the Flow. Express, center, and return to the now – with light. --- Hello! I am Nikos and I have been practicing poi flow for the last 6 years. For me, and for others involved, expression through this kind of rhythmic movement is an important source of personal development, creativity, psychotherapy, and communication with other people. Harmonizing body and mind in the present while balancing technical difficulty and spontaneity, flow is a powerful tool for introspection and calming the mind, while also allowing the externalization of psychic qualities in a way similar to dance. From an observer's point of view, flow is a spectacular activity where the practitioner's level of difficulty, and thus technique, determines the degree of impressiveness for the audience. From the perspective of the 'flower' (practitioner), however, the personal experience has less to do with the level of skill and more with the degree of difficulty felt. The perceived difficulty inherent in the activity remains relatively the same throughout all stages of a practitioner's evolution, and therefore the state of consciousness achieved during practice is similar regardless of the flower's level. In other words, flow offers the same benefit and has equal value for an advanced practitioner as it does for a beginner! I look forward to sharing the magic of flow with you!

Poi Flow Workshop
In our workshop, the purpose for beginners is to become familiar with the basic concepts on a practical level, so they can, if they wish, carve their own path afterward. For those already initiated, the goal is to stimulate inspiration in various ways, revealing new possibilities, combinations, and movement patterns that they can then explore.
