About the Facilitator

Victoria Zaroucha – Holistic Therapies Specialist, Mindfulness Instructor & Wellness Trainer. A Greek explorer of life, with many years of experience in human resource management and holistic therapies. A graduate in Psychology and Philosophy from the National University of Ioannina with a master's degree in the Administration of Educational Organizations from the Hellenic Open University. A final-year doctoral student in Human Resource Management at Walden University and recently a holder of an MSc in Tourism & Hospitality from the American College of Thessaloniki. As a mother of two, I am inspired by the need for love, kindness, and compassion, while dedicating my life to continuous learning and the dissemination of universal values. My travels to places like Tibet, Korea, Japan, Bali, and Egypt taught me the wisdom of ancient traditions. There, I studied alongside local masters, acquiring valuable knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine, reflexology, mindfulness, and meditation. Today, as a certified Qigong and Mindfulness instructor, I combine deep knowledge of Positive Psychology and the experience of Mindfulness with know-how, to bring inner peace and balance to people who seek well-being. My mission is to help connect the body, mind, and soul, using both traditional and modern wellness approaches, with the goal of offering support and hope to all who suffer.
